York Street Project:
This project involves the renovation of a single bathroom, requiring protective measures to secure a hallway that serves as the main access route to the job site. During the bathroom renovation, it was crucial to contain dust, debris, and potential spills, ensuring that the rest of the home remained unaffected.
To prepare for this project, we began by relocating any items from the hallway and adjacent areas that could be impacted by the construction. Durable floor protection was installed along the hallway to shield it from foot traffic and debris during the renovation. We sealed off non-work areas with plastic sheeting and used zip-wall barriers to contain dust within the job site. Additionally, air filtration systems were utilized to prevent fine particles from traveling beyond the workspace. This targeted protection ensured that the bathroom renovation was completed with minimal disruption to the rest of the home.
