Cliff Road Project:

This project involves a comprehensive renovation of the home, including the kitchen, all bathrooms, and the floors throughout. The first phase focuses on the complete renovation of the kitchen, where we implemented protective measures to safeguard adjacent areas from dust, debris, and potential damage during demolition and construction. The second phase involves refinishing the floors, requiring meticulous attention to prevent dust and refinishing materials from spreading to other parts of the home. Finally, the bathrooms are being renovated, necessitating additional safeguards to protect nearby surfaces and prevent the spread of debris and dust throughout the home.

To prepare for this extensive project, we began by relocating furniture and personal items from the affected areas. Durable floor protection was installed to prevent scratches and embedded debris throughout the construction process. All non-work areas were carefully sealed off with plastic sheeting, and any immovable fixtures or furniture were securely covered. To contain fine dust, we erected zip-wall barriers and utilized air filtration systems, ensuring the rest of the home remains clean and unaffected. This comprehensive protection plan minimizes disruption and ensures a seamless renovation process while preserving the integrity of the surrounding spaces.
