Polpis Road Project:
This project involved replacing the widow's walk on the roof of a three-story home, requiring the creation of a secure pathway to the rooftop and implementing measures to protect the rooms beneath from potential water damage during the work.
To prepare for this project, we began by establishing a clear and safe access route through the home to the third story, ensuring it was free of obstacles and suitable for transporting tools and materials. Durable floor protection was installed along the entire pathway to prevent damage from foot traffic and equipment. In the rooms directly beneath the work area, we covered ceilings and any vulnerable surfaces with heavy-duty plastic sheeting to safeguard against water intrusion. Furniture and belongings in these areas were either relocated or securely covered for added protection. These precautions ensured the project could proceed efficiently while minimizing risks to the home’s interior and maintaining a clean and secure environment throughout the process.
