Delany Street Project:

For this project, Nantucket Prep's responsibility was to protect the house from potential damage during the process of removing and installing new shiplap boards in three separate areas of the home. Given the multiple steps involved in replacing the shiplap, we took care to safeguard all floors that could come into contact with foot traffic, tools, falling materials, or other debris throughout the entire process.

We installed dust barrier protection to contain dust particles when dismantling the walls or during the final sanding phase. Additionally, we used professional-grade air scrubbers to further minimize airborne particles. Throughout the project, we conducted regular maintenance walkthroughs and site cleanups, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.

The carpenters did an exceptional job, and with the swift removal of our equipment and careful staging of the living spaces, the homeowners were quickly able to enjoy their newly renovated, clean, and protected home.
